INTRODUCTION Business consulting is the referred to the activity which is concerned by the consultants of the business to ensure smooth flow of the different aspects in concern (Oyewo, Obanor and Iwuanyanwu, 2022). Therefore, the study will analyse that London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of Business are facing issues regarding the market structure and online courses which are to be provided to the students. Along with this, the study will also present the competitors and target markets for the client to ensure who are the target audience and what is the competition in the market. Further, the study will also mention some of the top issues which LSST and FSB is facing by analysing the major concerns for the problem which clients are facing at large scale. MAIN BODY 1.Clarifying he client and the problem they are facing There are two clients and they are London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of Business who are facing problems in their respective areas. These are the two clients who are facing major issues and problems which are to be solved appropriately. Client 1 The client 1 is related to the London School of Science and Technology (LSST) which is facing issues in marketing department of the organization. This problem which has been identified is that there is saturated market where no competitors are offering the online course which is required to them as there is also need of technical expertise required in UK. The problem was this which created major troubles for the students who wants to incur the online courses (Hafermalz and Riemer, 2021).The chances of dealing online will be more beneficial to students as they will be getting the access to the online courses which helps in understanding that why it is necessary for the students to undertake the online courses at large scale. The marketing department of the organization should consider the following aspects as to how effectively and in appropriate manner these problems of LSST cam be solved and the client is undertaking the major aspects of concerns at large scale. Due to this issue the organization is facing competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, proper attention should be seeking for the growth and development effectively and in appropriate manner. 3
Client 2 Client 2 is related to the Fairfield School of Business which is having problem with regard to not delivering a wide range of courses for their students in order to keep up with the competitors. The organization is facing problem in providing the students online courses which is the major concern of the organization and how effectively there are concerns which are analyzed along with the aspect of providing the concerns of providing there are concerns of how effectively the company is creating value at large scale (McCormic, Pomerantz and et.al., 2019). The company also helps in creating value with the competitors so that there are major concerns as to how effectively the company can take concern and compete with the competitors in the market. There are concerns as to how effectively and in appropriate manner there are concerns which helps in creating value of how there are concerns which are creating aspect in an appropriate manner. This problem came into noticebecause FSB wants to recruit employees within the organization which contributes to the growth and development. This problems and issues are concerned which helps in creating value of how these problems are solved at large scale. 2. Critically presenting areas of importance to the client such as competitors, target customer markets and influencing factors from the external environment Client 1 To resolve the issues and problems which the client is facing at large scale, is indicated as how there are changes and modifications can be done so that there comes out a solution of how diversified the solution can be maintained and created at large scale. The client problem is very important which helps in understanding that how the competitors, target customers and markets are analysed and identified in appropriate manner (Quach, Thaichon and et.al., 2020).To resolve the issues which LLST is facing, there is research which is to be conducted for the specific areas which helps in getting along with the competitive advantages at large scale which are served in the market structure. With the help of research, it is identified and evaluated that there are major competitors in the market which are providing string competition to compete against the problems and issues which London School of Science and Technology is facing and is concerned about. The target audience are the students because they are only the source which will be engaged in the online learning courses which the LSST is unable to offer them. 4

The competitors are also concerned as the key target audience which helps in representing the major scales as to how effectively there are concerned approaches of how the competition is handled and the target audience is ready to compete in the market. PEST Analysis –With the help of these influencing factors there are major concerns of how effectively the market is being targeted at large scale. Therefore, these factors are described as – Political –The government policies and standards are the major concerns as to how it is analysed and categorized at large scale. LSST is trying to expand its market which will have to face the local government and this will intake the functioning of the business activities at large scale (Matović, 2020). Economic –There are some economic aspects which involve inflation, interest, exchange rates etc. LSST can process in ensuring to having some investments and ensuring that the aspects are considered in concern with the LSST and FSB. Social –There are certain social factors and aspects which are in consideration of how effectively and in appropriate manner there are major concerns of solving the issues by analysing 5
the social situation such as needs and requirements of the customers and along with this there are concerns of demographic, population growth and profession etc. Technological –With the help of technology up – gradation there are major concerns of how effectively and in appropriate manner the LSST and FSB can take steps to how technology is major points at large scale. There are changes and advancements in the technology which are major aspects of how the issues and problems can be solved in an appropriate manner. 3. Top issues client is facing The issues which the client is facing are very complex and for this they are requiring proper solution of how effectively and in appropriate manner there are solutions to the problem. The three issues which the client is facing are - In regard to the problem faced by Fairfield School of Business there are major concerns which the client is facing is that they are unable to provide wide range of courses to the students at large scale (Laurie and Mortimer, 2019). The another major problem which the LSST is also affected by is that there are saturated markets where there is no competition which is offered on the course which is affecting the market and is establishing a scene of how the problem is being identified. The business of Fairfield is behind the competition and this in turn is affecting the business at large scale and is affecting the brand name and reputation. These are the major issues of marketing department which the business is facing and these should be solved by having solutions to such major problems at large scale. These are the major issues which are concerning the marketing department and the students’ online course. The target customers are – students and other target customers are the general audience. Students are believing that studying business is good at LSST is profitable for them and this helps in understanding the aspects as to how they are motivated and are encouraged to study at LSST. Students are also interested in gaining importance of online classes and courses which will be offered to them. CONCLUSION Thus, it isconcluded from the above study that London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of Business were facing issues regarding the market structure and online 6
courses which were to be provided to the students. Along with this, the study also presented the competitors and target markets for the client to ensure who are the target audience and what is the competition in the market.
