INTRODUCTION
Business is considered as an economic activity which helps the individual to earn
significant amount of profit and revenue (Ben Youssef, Leicht, and Kitchen, 2018). The business
is also termed as an entrepreneurial venture which is helpful in performing key activities related
to growth and expansion of economic activities. This project includes example of Marshfield
Bakery which is famous for its world class bakery items all across the United Kingdom. The
Marshfield Bakery was incorporated in the year 2013 and it is a private limited company. The
company is based in TOLLDOWN BARN DYRHAM, United Kingdom and it is currently
expanding its operations in marketplace of United Kingdom. This report will cover SWOT
analysis of Marshfield bakery in order to analyse main strengths and capabilities. This project
will also discuss application of corporate social responsibility and its key dimensions which are
important for carrying out a business in a well defined manner for the society. The report will
focus on key recommendations along with following innovation and creativity concepts.
