INTRODUCTIONBusiness Culture can be defined as the mode or styles of business operations performedby an organisation. Not only the managers are responsible for the smooth operations of businessbut the employees are also responsible and should understand their duty to keep the workplacegood. The discussion in this assignment will be related to the waste management in anenvironmental friendly way.TASK 1Benefits of Keeping Waste MinimumThere are many benefits of keeping less waste at the workplace which is related to goodand hygiene working environment, feeling of motivated and dedicated to work, good impact onpersonal state of mind which are important in order to complete the purpose of which anindividual is working in an organisation or any institution (Heald, 2018). Making reduction inwastage through reuse and recycling efforts impacts positively on the environment. Following Agreed Procedures for Recycling, Disposing of Waste and Maintaining EquipmentsAn individual working in the organisation or institution may also work upon the agreedprocedures of recycling, disposing of waste and maintaining equipments, by making their properand optimum use, putting the wastes in dustbin, educate others also about keeping safe theworkplace and many more so that positivity could created in the environment in which anindividual is working. Ways to Reduce Waste in Business EnvironmentIt is important for all to keep their environment safe,clean and hygiene. For this, the focusshould be on making reduction in the waste made by them. There are many ways with the help ofwhich it could becomes possible for the employees working in an organisation to reduce wastefrom the business environment. These are Compost, Reduction in Packaging, Eliminate BottledWater, Giving Food Waste to Pigs, Making the Business to Work Paperless, Measurement ofdaily Performance about the Improvement in Managing Waste and Collecting E-WasteEveryday. With the help of these ways, it will be possible to keep the business environment neatand clean. 1
