US$ 16 billion industry that has been continuously attracting telecom equipment vendors who
have been showing increasing interest to benefit from their existing competence and take up new
roles in the value chain that takes into account some activities like building the networks,
planning and designing the networks or some critical field operations (Nalwaya and Vyas 2014).

network services. Outsourcing services is now becoming one of the standard elements of telecom

product. The current BPO Company has chosen service products as their value proposition. The
parameters of BPO are widening enough and they are providing services not only to the
individuals, but also to the MNCs or industries. It is the duty of the BPO to provide cost effective
solutions to the customers for grabbing their attention. Industries such as the banking, insurance,
retails, telecommunications, travels and hospitality sectors are included within the instances of
BPO (Ibragimova 2015). The delivered or proposed services can be categorized as follows:
Manchel Telecom is providing customer care services on miscellaneous subjects like
finance, retails or insurance and the service cost charged on the customers are
economical.
Manchel telecom is providing telemarketing services with an intention to promote
