Background
Accommodation services provided to the tourist and people visiting to the place to
provide them place for their stay during their holidays. The aim of YBDG accommodation is to
provide the clients with the short term and long term let options while their stay. The short term
rent options are available for the tourists that are visiting Malta in the summer and the long term
let options will be based on 9 month contract basis in the other season. Malta is experiencing
strong economic growth that has lead to opening of many foreign companies in that place which
has increased the demand for accommodation. Moreover, increase in the property prices in Malta
have increase the demand of the accommodation services which will be beneficial for the YBDG
accommodation. This business proposal is for Malta which is the most tourist attraction place
and opening up the accommodation that will provide the short term and long term let option will
be a profitable business at this place.
Rationale
The opening of the YBDG accommodation and and property company which will
provide the short term and long term letting option to the tourist and the people staying Malta it
is a new concept because the short term let options are available everywhere but the long term let
options are not available which will attract more customers towards this business. This business
idea will provide unique experience to the clients. It will require proper planning based on

The YBDG accommodation will provide various facilities and services to the customers
to attract them towards the accommodation facilities which will be provide by the business. The
company will provide air conditioner in the rooms and also their will be facility of the valet

start-up company. Due to lack of trust of the population and new establishment of the business,
raising funds from the general public or even from various financial institutions including banks
could be a major challenge for the company. Further, due to higher amount of insecurity the risk
of not being able to raise fund is at higher level.
Failure in development connection with the agents: Further, as the company wants to
provide house and apartments on rent to the customers, it would need to develop strong
connections with various agents. Due to not being a well known brand, the company may fail to
develop strong connections with the agents. Further, due to this failure the company may fail to
provide effective services to the customers.
Maintenance of availability of the sufficient number of house and apartments to be
rented: Further, it also a huge risk of failure in maintenance of sufficient amount of house and
apartments as to satisfy the needs to demand of the customers. This may lead in losing the
customers and reduction in the brand image of the YBDG as well.
Delay in providing services: It can also be considered as the major risk of the company.
As, is the company fails to provide appropriate services to its customers on time, the company
would fail to retain the customers with the company. Further, it would also result in losing the
loyal customers.
Inappropriate market research: Inappropriate market research may result in
development of inappropriate plans, procedures and strategies for the business. Due to it the
company may suffer a huge loss from the market.

accommodation is effective and will help the firm in promoting the products and services with
the help of social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram etc. The YBDG will provide the
customers with various facilities and the basic amenities which are required for enhancing the
experience of the customers. The success factor of the firm help in achieving the business goals
and objectives effectively and efficiently.
