INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment is a set of internal and external factors which affects the operationsof business directly or indirectly. Environment can be made much more effective by analysingthe actual needs and wants of customers and then satisfying them at maximum level. For makingthe firm grow and obtain success, it is highly required that both the factors will work togethertowards the achievement of tasks and objectives (Aula, 2010). In this report, company chosen isCoca Cola which is a multinational firm whose main products are carbonated soft drinks andthey have been dealing since 1886 across the globe. In this report, different types oforganisations will be discussed with their purposes, size, scope and legal structures. Further,relation between all organisational functions and their link with objectives of business will beexplained. Apart from that, positive and negative impacts macro environment has on the businessorganisation will be studies as well. TASK 1P1. Different types and purposes of organisationsIn market, there are different types of organisations working in various sectors in order toearn profit and fulfil their desires. It can be explained with an example like NGO that works insector where they do not earn profit and run association for social welfare. They focus onuplifting the standard of living of people. Moreover, there are other organisations who work forearning higher profit and generating revenue. These kinds of organisations basically work in twosectors i.e. private and public which will be briefed as below: Basis ofComparison NGONPOFor Profit MeaningNGO is basically a non-governance organisationwhich is made with anaim of providing welfareto the society and it isformed by independentcitizens (Belás, J and et.al., 2015). This kind oforganisation sells theirproducts and services tothe people and for theirdevelopment but theprofit which is gained isnot shared among itsmembers. This kind of organisationis formed with the motiveof generating profits andrevenue by selling theirproducts and services inthe market place. 1
