application in the context of company. It will also explain how changes in pestle factors has
influenced threats and opportunities for venture and how company is utilizing its strength to
overcome weaknesses as well as threat. Furthermore, the report will justify the comparison
between varied leadership styles and describe the relevant style in regard to organization. It will
clarify responsibility, response and obligation in ethics & social responsibilities in procedure at
