INTRODUCTION Business environment is the sum total of all internal and external factors which involves customers needs, employees, clients, suppliers, clients, innovation in technology, activities by government, owners, social trends and so on. This report is based on Barratt Developments PLC company which was founded in the year of 1958 and one of the largest residential property development organisation within the UK. Further discussion will be based on overview and structure of selected organisation. After this it will focuses on importance of PESTEL analysis in context with organisation.
