Executive summary
The report majorly focuses on the stakeholder’s level as well as their influence on the
selected company which is Nestle. The functions areas of the company are identified at the
beginning which involves the different stakeholders. The identification of the internal and
external stakeholders has been done so that effective analysis of the stakeholders can be done.
In addition, findings of the report show that stakeholders majorly have major influence on
Nestle Company which affects the brand values bring the changes in strategies and options.
The nature, degree of the major stakeholders has been determined in the report with the
interest. The level of major stakeholder influence shows that government, customers and
others have high influence. On the other hand, communities, employees and other have less
influence. In the end, the differences in stakeholder influence and interest has been
determined in Nestle and Wal-Mart, a company that deals in different industry.

The aim of report is to assess stakeholders level of influence as well as degree of interest
related to the business. This analysis is major used to assess the relationship among the
dissimilar stakeholders and problems that they care about the most. It has been found that the
business stakeholder examination is a method for identifying the stakeholders as well as
analysing their roles. The company that has been selected for conducting the internal as well
as the external stakeholder’s analysis is Nestle. In addition, the report includes the nature and
grade of major stakeholder’s attention and the implication of the contradictory interest. The
stakeholder’s matrix has been created for the company which include the different
stakeholders that are performing the operations within company.

Nestle company is considered as world’s largest food as well as beverage trade with more
than 339,000 employees, 442 factories in approx. 86 countries as well as the sales of more
than $130 billion in the year 2014. Nestle is a Swiss multinational company with food and
drink processing conglomerate corporation with the head office in Vevey, Vaud based in
Switzerland. In the year 1999, Nestle Australia’s head office converted formed for Oceania
region that consists of processes in the country of Australia, Pacific Islands and New Zealand
(Nestle, 2019).
