IntroductionEnvironment of business derives all the internal and external factors that try to impactthe environment of business. Different environment of Macro and Micro businessenvironment and Political factors are example of External factors which might not becontrollable, whereas, Organisational culture, Organisational behaviours are internal factorsthat may be supported by the organisation. It is required to develop an understanding of the two factors effectively byorganisation to create a professional business environment and earn benefits from it.Structures of organisation are built in such a way that allows meeting the business objectivesof any organisation. Business environment of any organisation find out various strategies ofbusiness that will help to achieve the all the purposes of the organisation that can be fulfilledper the regulatory and legal aspects.The purpose of this assignment is to develop an understanding of different organisations,influence the stakeholder of an organisation and to understand the link between local,national and global environment in business. This assignment will guide learners to knowabout business’s organisational purpose, nature and environment, organisations behaviourand make them to understand the importance of different global factors that tries to providesupport to the different activities of business. Task – 1Nestlé’s Organisation TypeMenychtas (2014) stated that, Nestle is one of the biggest multinational supermarketthat is considered as food and beverage company of Switzer land. It is one of the biggestcompany in global market per revenues and other stats. The products that Nestle produce arebaby food, confectionaries, dairy products, ice-cream, frozen foods and snacks. According toGiessmann (2014), the annual net sale of Nestle is about $1.1 billion by selling their 29brands. Nestle has 447 factories that are spread almost every countries in the world. Almost340,000 people used to work as employees in Nestle around the world. Almost 3.5 million of total private sectors are running in UK. Public sectors areowned and operate by government and are run to provide service to the citizens. Publicorganisations are those firm which are directly run through the government and localauthorities. And public sector is also may provide services to local public. There are different governments across the world that used a unique process toproduce fund to the public sectors. As for example, Marks & Spencer is an enterprise that isassociated with Nestle. According to Sinay (2014), they used to sell almost all the products ofNestle in their retail outlet. The main objective of private company is to earn profit, whichhelps to create social and economic benefits for community apart from creating profit throughthese public sectors.CharityCharity organisation or non-profit organisation need to set clear aim, as they are try topossess concern to earn the value of money. These organisations try to present their bestservice to gain the aims they have set. These types of organisations are mainly focused tostop the wastage of their limited resources in the process. Nestle has a clear vision on charity.They help lots of NGO by giving them the products of Nestle for the needy people, such asthey provide financial aid to Missionaries of Charity (Hogarth, 2015).CooperativeCooperative are considered as the autonomous association of people, who are free touse the voluntarily way to meet the common objectives in terms of business purposes for anorganisation. Cooperative organisations are not similar from other organisation. Thecooperative organisation gain profits by selling numbers of the shares and then extend thevoting rights to other members.
