Introduction
In the business world, there are different types of organisations
with contrary natures which exists at the market place.

Different types and purpose of
organisation
There are several types of companies which are exists in the
market. Every firm has their different purpose and functions
which they run for achieving business goals or objectives as
well as competitive advantages in effective manner.

Public Sector
Public sector: These are that kind of firm which usually operated by
government authorities as they run public organisations for
providing job opportunities to people.
Purpose: The purpose of this firm is provide best quality of products
and services to the customers.
Legal Structure- In this defined that the management of public sector
firms is consider the separation on the ground of particular region.

Private sector
Private sector- These types of organisations are fully owned by a
person as well as group of individuals for the purpose of earning
profits
Purpose- The objective of this firm is to serve best quality of food
items and products to the customers included frozen products,
grocery items, meat and many more.
Legal structures- In this firm, the legal structures are integrated among
several parts as like partnership, sole proprietor, limited companies
etc.

Voluntary sector
Voluntary sector: This sector is different from any others and have
various objectives and purposes.
Purpose- The purpose of this firm is to contributes in economic of
country and satisfy social needs.
Legal structure- In such kinds of sectors, board of directors are
trustees who can take entire decisions and actions for setting an
organisational structure or culture in an effective manner.

Explain size and scope of different types of
organisation.
Every firms have their different scope and size as per the
business nature. They also consider the objectives and targets
which has set by them.

Private sector
Private sector: In this defined those firms which are directly operated
and owned by a person. The objective of this company is to get
higher returns and profits through operating business with limited
resources.
Although private sector is such which is of different kind and some of
those are as sole trador, partnership and stakeholders.

Public sector
These kinds of organisations are regulated by legal authorities and
government bodies so that its size is large than other organisations.
WALMART is public kinds of firm which deals in selling various
types of products and services such as grocery and food materials
etc. it is operated at different countries across the world.

Voluntary Sector
This generally concern with as a charitable trust which are medium size
as it can be medium or small which depends on the various
situations. It can be understand by taking an example of
WELCOME as it is popular NGO in which included around 51
stores and total number of employees approx. 3000 who are working
in this firm.

Conclusion
Business environment is that which has to be undertaken by company
and required to work according to such only and thus it is required
to make strategies and decision which can help firm to attain their
goals and objectives as well.
