INTRODUCTION Business environment is refers to the combination of both internal and external factors that directly affect the organisational functional activities in positive and negative way. In addition to this, business environment is based on how well customers expectation are met or satisfied. Thus, it is important for company to analyse business environment before expanding their business at market place. As it provide opportunities to company in improving its overall performance at competitive market area. Current report is based on Astra Plc, is a small size company that specialising in offering vitamin and mineral based food supplements. The main focus of this company is to expand their business by serving best services to its customers. Along with this, company is also looking for diversity their portfolio by launching a new health and fitness app in upcoming three months with the aim of attracting large number of customers towards its services. In this, project is going to discussed about project proposal, background information, project plan and its scope to measure the overall success of the project. TASK 1 Covered in PPT TASK 2 The project plan Gantt chart is one of the important tool for project management as it includes proper planning and scheduling project activities. Mainly, it create may task and activities that required in a Gantt chart timeline. It based on setting dates for each and every activities that project included for attaining success. In context to launching a new health and fitness app, manager of company also develop a Gantt chart by includes various activities such as market research,define budget, gather team,team roles, setting objectives for new products, promotional activities, asses risks, Launch the app (Hamilton and Webster, 2018). As per these consideration, Astra Plc looking for launching a new health and fitness app in which design a attractive app is significant so that large number of customers get attracted. It includes various activitiessuch ascreatingaccounts,integratingwith othersservicesrelatedwith fitness, additional personal information, configuring notifications, setting targets, settings, gamification, pre-set exercise routines, live streaming, Proper integration with wearable devices, Activity tracking, Geolocation, food logging, Barcode scanner and many more. In order to launch this new app company required around£120. Along with this, company also use different social media for promoting this app such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many more (Čepel and et. al., 2018). All these social help in promoting new health and fitness app in market to increase awareness of people towards the same. In this, customers consume services from this app by using in app purchasing in which company can easily communicate with user at the time they have their fitness app open. It helps people in attaining all the significant knowledge about the health and fitness services. Furthermore, app customization is also done by users if there is any kind of changes then customers can easily have done. In order to analysis the demand and effectiveness of, organisation measure the respond of customers towards the fitness app. This can be beneficial in determining the overall effectiveness and success of fitness app. After testing or analysing market Astra Plc launch the app with the aim of attaining success at market place. With the assistance of this, company can increase the possibilities of attaining success in launching a new app for health and fitness. Project risk At the time executing project activities of new health and fitness app various risk are arise that affect the overall effectiveness of the project and at the same time also reduce its efficiency. Thus, it is significant for manager of the company to effectively analysis all the potential risk so that each and every activities of project can be successfully completed (Luiz, Ganson and Wennmann, 2019). Mainly, risk is related with possibility of loss and uncertainty condition that arise at the time of introducing as well as launching new health and fitness app. It has direct impact over the project objectives in negative manner.
