Environmental factor is one of the important elements that affects
environment in both external and internal manner. Thus, it is
essential that company learns about different components which
include economic factor, socio-culture aspects, political
framework and technological aspects.

Business can be said as a component that includes different
activities through which company tries to get maximum
benefits. For this, they provide excellent services to its
customers that enables them to retain their loyal consumers for
a longer period of time.

in order to gain maximum
