INTRODUCTION
It is very important for a firm to understand the environment in which they are operating
their business and running it. The situational elements marks a wider impact on the all aspects of
the venture unites along with its nature, costing of the product, distribution system and location
in which they are serving as well as their policies. Therefore the growth and success of the firm
association relays on the option of the environment in that a business functions. It includes
eternal and internal elements (Chow and et. al., 2011). All of the internal factors can be in
control of the firm but other side external factor are not even control or manage by the company
and also they make some critical issues in a firm's operations. There major elements are known
as; employees, customers. Suppliers, social, governmental and also politics and so on. These
factors are able to make darker and deeper effects on the decision making procedure of the
company in both direct and indirect manner.
The cited report project is grounded on Domino's Pizza; which is multinational chain of
pizza, it is established in the year of 1960. in according to a report this Domino's Pizza is
considered as the world's largest chain of pizza in the entire of globe the report is based on retail
sales. The whole of sale revenue of the company is around $ 2.47 billion. Their core motive is to
provide quality product and best taste to the individuals through the help of it they can be able to
have competitive advantage in tough situation in the market. On the other side, this project report
will provide detailed description on the scope and purpose of private, public and voluntary firms,
apart form it, PESTLE and SWOT evaluation will be conducted that facilitates the help in having
analysis of external and internal elements of the firm.
