3BUSINESS ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITYIntroductionThe aim of this report is to critically analyze the corporate social responsibility oftravel and outdoor industry. It is to be mentioned that that the critical analysis takes intoconsideration the impacts of the operations of the organization on the society and theenvironment. The chosen organization in this case is called Travis the Translator. Thecompany claims to have launched a product which translates eighty languages. Theproduct aims to reduce the barriers of communication. The chosen company’s corporatesocial responsibility is to ensure that maximum utilization of natural resources that areavailable for the production process. To determine the corporate social responsibility of the chosen organization theprinciples of sustainability, accountability and transparency are applied[ CITATIONMcW14 \l 1033 ]. The report also analyzes the impact of the chosen organization’scampaigns on the environmental, social and economic aspects of the society. Theobjective of this report is also to provide recommendations to the chosen organizationabout achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The UnitedNations Sustainable Development Goals to be considered in this report are Eradicationof poverty and Gender Equality. Recommendations are also provided in this report forthe achievement of gender Equality and achieving Gender Equality. Critical Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility of Travel and Outdoors industryCorporate social responsibility can be defined as the initiatives of a company tojudge the impacts of the company’s operations on the environment and takingresponsibility for the same. Corporate social responsibility takes into account theimpacts of the chosen company’s operations on the society as a whole[ CITATIONCra13 \l 1033 ].
