Introduction
The essay introduces a point of view over one distinctive organization ethics topic that has been
evaluated and analyzed based on their functions, features and evaluations. In the particular essay,
it provides brief observation of views on ethics and organizational culture, which impacts on
employee’s behaviour and performance of the business.
Point of views (PoV)
I have selected “Ethics and organizational Culture” to evaluate my point of view and
alternative thoughts for the particular topic. The ethical considerations in business entice and
transitional culture is related to one another (Trittin and Schoeneborn, 2017). I have observed
that the ethical behaviours in organization effects employee’s behaviour and performances.
However, I have also noticed that cross-cultural diversification and ethics also declines the
possibilities of employee retention in the organization. The organizational culture and ethical
considerations play a vital role over employees interests and contributions based on which the
entities are capable of making profit and positioning in the market. Thus, I have selected this
topic to measure and evaluate the priorities of organizational culture and ethics and the ways
these terms has made changes in the market.
Until 1960, the management techniques applied by business entities as no differences; they
played a simple work ad pay rule for employees as the only intention has been to earn profit from
the market. I have also observed that until the 1960s the global marketplace has not been so
popularized and competitive. Thus management techniques have made no changes. The
