It explores HRM theories and practices through small scale research and provides recommendations for change. The study is based on Toyota, a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer company. It discusses the importance of using HR matrixes and data sources to solve HR related issues such as staff turnover rate, absence rate, and productivity improvement. It also highlights the significance of HR practices like training, fair performance evaluation, and rewards in employee satisfaction and motivation.
