For the company productivity has the important part. In order to building effective
productivity of employees here had important to organize training session. Business faced
various issues with different HRM practices. In order to analysis issues and challenges of
training and development which has the best HR practices report has conduct small research. The
report had been included that issues, causes of issue, solution and benefits of solution. After,
conducting whole report it had been concluded that it had been important to analysis issue to

INTRODUCTION
Business is the activity of making one living and making money by producing or buying
and selling products and services. Through that businesses and enterprise entered into for earning
profits. The present report is based on business focus report on different HRM practices. Present
businesses are facing various issues and challenges which are related to HRM practices. E main
aim of this report is to identify key issues of HRM practices such as safe, healthy and happy
workplace, management style, fair evaluation system, hiring, training and development, etc. On
another, objective of report is to analysis the benefits of resolving the issues by using best
examples. For that, report will draw by different relevant theories, models and concepts. This
will identify key issues and their causes. In order to that report will going to discuss on different
examples for resolving issues in better and effective manner as well as present the various
benefits of resolving issues of HRM practice.

There are different theories and model of HRM practices which are help to explain role
of HR within the business and organization.

This is the best known model of HRM model which is started with the business strategy
and end through the HR process. This shows with various HR activities which are aligned with
organizational strategy lead to business performance (Models of HR practices, 2016). This HR
practice includes hiring, training, appraisal and compensation which are lead to good outcome
for company like engagement, quality of work. Outcome turns into effective internal
performance like productivity, innovation and quality.
HR value chain:
This is one of the best HR model in the HR. This model is divided into two type which
are HRM activities and HRM outcomes.
 HRM activities: this refers with day to day activities like the recruitment, compensation,
training and succession planning. This measures by using HR metrics which is called as
efficiency metrics. In this employer hire employees and train them in better for achieving
goals and objectives of company.

 HRM outcomes: this are the goals of organization where company done hard work for
achieved through HR activities (Armstrong and Taylor, 2020). Those outcomes include
employee satisfaction, motivation, retention and presence.
For example: Sainsbury is spending more on hiring new employees for company in that
management required to analysis people and check that candidate is better to fit into the
company. Through that goal should be to get best person in the right position. This help to
maintain effective and best candidate for teamwork as well as organized training for employee is
help to make better productivity of company.
Analysis key aspects of HR issue and challenges.
There are various HRM practices which are creates issues for business and give negative
and positive impact on business. In respect of that here is select one of the best HRM practice
which is training and development system (10 best HR practices, 2016). This is the most
important and effective HRM practices which is emphasise on improving performance of
individual and group. Training process is including the sharpening skills, concept, changing and
attitudes of employees for enhance performance. Effective training and development program is
help to achieving goals and objectives of company by improving skills and performance of
employees in better manner. on the other side, if training and development program is not
organized time to time and through that employees are not understand working style than it is
give negative impact on the business and create issues for company. That is not good and
effective for company and organization to achieving goals and objectives of company.

order to train their employee for working in better manner. company seen that one post is vacant
and in this required some of the changes like goals setting and organizational structure is also
changed. In that management is thing to hire best and eligible candidates for company who is
ready to give their hard contribution for achieving goals and objectives of company in effective
manner. During training time company faces issues because one employee which they hired from
outside the country and language is created issues. Analysis and identification of those
challenges and issues are as follows;

training and development program because this comes with various changes within the
company.
 Developing leader is another challenge which is faced within the training and
development program because many of the work environments are more complex and
demanding.

which is increase difficulty of providing consistent training. This creates challenge which
is increased cost, language barriers and translation issue.

when it is lacking. This can increase turnover, decrease employee morale and impact
longevity of business.
 Correct skill application is another issue and challenges which is come through training
and development program because in this various employees are taking training at the
same time and all have different weakness and lacking area.

RECOMMENDATION
From the above study, it is concluded that training program is important and effective for
business to managing workforce in effective manner. In respect of that, here is including some
recommendations for business to use and overcome those issues in effective manner.
Recommend for management to use step by step training process by setting clear vision and
objective of training and development program is help to give better learning chance to
employees. As well as company need to include soft skills within the training program. Other,
recommendation for management is to create a learning path for employees. Company should
use online training and development program for reduce travelling expenses. Management
should use different models of HRM which is help to understand step by step process of training
and development program in effective manner.
On the other side, management should use some techniques and methods of motivation of
giving better reward to employees. Through that employees are highly motivated for working
within the company in order to achieving hard contribution within the working environment.
management need to select transit system for giving and organizing online training system is
help to interact with employees and manager by getting access to take training courses at own
place. Those recommendations are help to make best and effective learning process by
organizing better and effective training and development program and system.

REFLECTION
As per the whole report, I have seen that there have various HRM practices which have
important and effective for business in order to achieving goals and objectives of company in
effective manner. Standard causal model of HRM and HR value chain both are the best model of
HRM which includes various activities and outcome for being working by motivating
employees. I learn that training and development program is very important and effective part of
company’s HR system. This system helps to improve ability and working style of employees in
effective manner. During the training and development session, I have felt that created various
issues and challenges due to some specific causes. Those had created negative impact on the
business and understanding power of employees. Through that employers got confused about
training system in another manner.
I felt very nervous at the time of training and development program because at that time I
have not any idea of any HRM practice and working knowledge. But, when training program
was starting then I learned various model of HRM practices which had highly important and
effective for business in effective manner. I feel that there were various employees and
candidates have best and proper knowledge of HRM system and practices as compare with me.
During the training and development session I have feel that trainer faced some of issues and
challenges like conflict management, developing new leader, consisting training and madding
some changes into the organizational structure. Employees who are already working within the
organization are not ready to accept those changes. This had created issues for management and
changes required with business.
There had important to learn effectively through training and development system. This
had helped to me for understanding better working style and helped to increase and improve my
performance at workplace. I have seen that online training and development session had the best
by using online portal and LMS system. This has creates various effectiveness for employer and
employees for adding values within the workplace and boost employee morale in effective
manner. I have lacking in solving conflicts at workplace because this has creates suddenly and
not easy to understand that in effective manner. At the time of training session, issue created
through the poor communication and lacking vision or goal of organizing training session. That
has created issues for me. As per me training and development session is very important and
effective for business. This has recognized by me at the workplace because all the employees are

not same for working and not same in thinking. That has created issues of training and
development session is not organized on time and in day to day manner. As per that i have give
some recommendation to make and organize effective training session within the business. Here
management should use the online training session and create good and happy working too for
employees. That is help to understand feelings and wants of employees in effective manner. This
has created effectiveness for business by improving skills of employees in effective way.
