various issues with different HRM practices. In order to analysis issues and challenges of

INTRODUCTION
Business is the activity of making one living and making money by producing or buying
and selling products and services. Through that businesses and enterprise entered into for earning
profits. The present report is based on business focus report on different HRM practices. Present
businesses are facing various issues and challenges which are related to HRM practices. E main
aim of this report is to identify key issues of HRM practices such as safe, healthy and happy
workplace, management style, fair evaluation system, hiring, training and development, etc. On
another, objective of report is to analysis the benefits of resolving the issues by using best
examples. For that, report will draw by different relevant theories, models and concepts. This
will identify key issues and their causes. In order to that report will going to discuss on different
examples for resolving issues in better and effective manner as well as present the various
benefits of resolving issues of HRM practice.

There are different theories and model of HRM practices which are help to explain role
of HR within the business and organization.
Standard causal model of HRM:
This is the best known model of HRM model which is started with the business strategy
and end through the HR process. This shows with various HR activities which are aligned with
organizational strategy lead to business performance (Models of HR practices, 2016). This HR
practice includes hiring, training, appraisal and compensation which are lead to good outcome
for company like engagement, quality of work. Outcome turns into effective internal
performance like productivity, innovation and quality.
HR value chain:
This is one of the best HR model in the HR. This model is divided into two type which
are HRM activities and HRM outcomes.
HRM activities: this refers with day to day activities like the recruitment, compensation,
training and succession planning. This measures by using HR metrics which is called as
efficiency metrics. In this employer hire employees and train them in better for achieving
goals and objectives of company.
