Marriot goal is to protect and encourage members ofour hospitality company to grow and develop CEO’s focus is on adaptability and creativity in thehospitality industry, which not only ensures adaptation to change, but also anticipates change andbasically the road to global markets.To achieve their goals to make J.W Marriot more competitive and successful, the analysishave been carried to find out these following goals:Promote the hospitality industry and protect the legal rights of its members.Make uniform rules for J.W. Marriot management and other J.W. Marriot companies.Improve J.W. Marriot service standards through staff exchanges and J.W.
