organization. Above chosen organization spread at global level and provide services to people so
they mainly affect to many factors. Organization use tools like pestle and swot analysis for
evaluate and analyse about factors that they affect to performance of organization. Pestle
evaluate external environment but it do not affect on regular basis. Swot analyse internal
environment factors and these affect ion regular basis and they are also controllable. Porter's five
forces model use by organization to analyse about competitive advantage of organization.
Ansoff's growth matrix use by management for improvement to business operations. Business
plan included in this report that includes financial management, planing the roles and
responsibility etc. skills audit concludes that many types of skills like managerial ,operational
and technical are essential for staff and management of organization. These helps in maintain
and manage health of businesses. Gap analysis included in it because on the bases of audit and
analysis of skills helps in make development plan about skills.
