INTRODUCTION In order to develop effective results, it is important to focus on business analysis. With this regard, present study based on Marriott hotel which is public sector business ofUK and provide different types of products and services in the market. For gaining insightinformation of the present report, it covers SMART objectives that assists to meet withinnovative results and outcomes. Furthermore, it includes review of effectiveness to developsignificant results to perform functions and operations. LO 11.1 SMART objectivesMarriott hotel operating their functions and operations in large context of supermarket.They consider around 16.9% of total market share in UK. It is public limited company so thatthey deal in different types of products and services. Mainly they develop operations and

functions in supermarket, bank and Argos. In partnership, the company started their functions in1869 so that they expanded into several kinds of groceries (Manrai, Manrai and Dickerson,2015). After this, business continuously expand in different sectors to make innovative results. Inorder to implement SMART objectives, following elements implemented:Specific: With respect to determines specific objectives, it can be stated that Marriotthotel wants to enhance their customer base in different areas of the world. In this way,profitability also increasing to ascertain creative results and outcomes. Further, with thehelp of objectives, they need to concentrate on generating more revenue and profitability(Babu and Manukonda, 2018). Measurable: Objectives helps to increase market share and profitability with customerincrement. Around 10,000 customer increases in one year in Marriott hotel so that it helpto measure effective results. It develops platform to accomplish desired results in limitedtime period (Karim, Jain and Ekpanyapong, 2018). Achievable: Before stating any objective, the chosen business environment need toconcentrate on effectiveness that assists to meet with aims and objectives. Furthermore,enterprise need to concentrate on activities which implemented to focus on relevantinformation. As results, it assists to develop more creativity and performance to maketargets and goals (Foster and Brindley, 2015). Realistic: In order to perform functions and operations, the chosen business set 10 monthsobjectives. Therefore, they need to assess resources availability, creditors, employees,etc. In order to understand market share and tools of business development, it can bestated that different operations ascertain to make creative work performances (Moro,Cortez and Rita, 2015).
