INTRODUCTION
Business health check-up is the process of evaluating their health on regular basis which
help the individual to know about their health conditions. These problems can affect the
organization so they already provide the health check-up facilities to their staff members in order
to know their condition (Blackburn, Hart and Wainwright, 2013). It provide the various benefits
in the organization such as, it decrease the stress level which automatically increase the
efficiency, improve physical fitness, stamina, reduce personal health care costs etc. For the better
understanding of this concept, this report choose The Ledbury which is a restaurant situated in
Ledbury road, Notting Hills, London. This restaurant hold the two Michelin starts and it features
in the 50 best restaurant. Ledbury established in 2005 and it's head chief is Brett Graham.
This report include the various topics such as brief history of the choose organisation
along with it's short term or long term objectives. Analyse the factors which affect the business
and determine the potential improvement. In addition, it includes the effectiveness, develop
business plan with the help of required current skills for the staff members. Along with this,
justify the plan which include the improvement of skills for the management or staff members.

1.1 Objective of the chosen organization
Overview:
The Ladbury is a restaurant that was established in the year 2015. It was founded by head
chef Brett Graham and is located at Notting hills, West London, United Kingdom. It is featured
in world's top 50 best restaurants. The newly opened restaurant obtained a Michelin star in the
opening year. The Ladbury has become one of the top restaurant in the year 2014. In both year
2010 and 2011 Ladbury was selected the UK's top restaurant in Magazine's National Restaurant
Awards. In 2011, it was also voted for the best restaurant in London by the Sunday Times along
with Zagat Harden's. Currently business entity is the leading restaurant in the London with the
rating 2 out of 3 by Michelin star (The Ledbury Restaurant, 2019).
VISION: Ledbury's vision is to become a top hospitality service provider organisation
with extensive commitment to offer an modern reach of dining, event hosting facilities to its
customers. Organisation is basically bounded to offer price competitive hospitality services that
