INTRODUCTION
Business information system is basically set of interrelated procedures by using IT
infrastructure in enterprise to generate and disseminate desired result or outcome. The system is
designed to support decision making where each people associated with the organization process
in order to achieve objective. In another way, BIS aim is to support operations, management and
decision making process
The report will describe about the characteristics, significance of artificial intelligence. It
will evaluate the organizational opportunities for increasing the demand of business across the
world. The documentation will discuss the overview of business and analyse the BIS solution to
measure the performance of enterprise. It help for maintaining and controlling the strategic
position of business in marketplace. Furthermore, it will demonstrate the different strategies for
identifying trust and responsibility, fairness, bias and inclusion, socio-economic and
environmental impact. At last, documentation will describe the business strategy and application
of principle that always contributing in the enterprise improvement.

Discuss about the characteristics and significance of artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is based on the modern concept that has an ability to design smart
machine in order to develop self-learning software application. AI refer to the simulation of
human intelligence in machine that are programmed to think about the humans and mimic their
action (Akerkar, 2019). It may be applied to machine that can easily exhibits traits associated
with human mind in term of problem-solving, learning.
Characteristics of AI
It is one of factor that influencing the process and outcome of technology that transfer in
the nature of technology. In this context AI and move towards the different framework to assist
decision maker which automatically optimising the formulation of their procedures or policies
(Moreira Nascimento and et.al., 2018). In context of business, AI is consider as a process of
identifying a minimal set of innovative feature from provide large data sets.
Artificial Neural networks: it comprise with interconnection between set of multiple
computing node at consecutive layers. In order to calculate the optimal weights of connection
and deduced in learning phase by adjusting through sharing strategy (Akerkar, 2019). It provide
the facility where each node calculate the overall weight of value propagated to their input. It

should fix some criteria for purpose of computed value to feed and forward to the next level. It
should consider the convolutional neural network that received input with learned spatial filter to
identify the convolutional layer. It is robustness of recognise the feature effectively and approach
to identify the image recognition application.
Distribute data: in the modern era, It has been faced the difficult problem to resolve
through AI, consider as a perfect tool or platform. The organization can use the AI to provide the
security and also comparing with other outside network data to log inside enterprise
(Brynjolfsson and Mcafee, 2017). Network can be automated the process while detecting attack
through AI. Therefore, there are many employee simply could not wrap their arm for data
distribution.
Eliminate Dull tasks: Nowadays, there are lot of task performed with single time to
minimise the time but it has increased the chances of dull tasks. These are not considerable as
valuable. Unfortunately, it can be used the machine learning, AI which begin to address the
human interaction technologies. Afterwards, it automatically eliminate the dull task within
processing.
Significance of Artificial intelligence
In today’s world, the large amount of data that is generated by machine and human
because ability to interpret, absorb and make complex decision. Artificial intelligence forms on
the basis of computer learning and their future of complex decision-making. It might be easier to
state that what part of modern society and show the importance of AI in daily lives, enterprise
operation and society (Duan, Edwards and Dwivedi, 2019). The intelligence machine is
influencing the nearly every facet of lives to improve the efficiency of human being.
In context of business, Artificial intelligence plays important role to deliver the
competitive advantage, save time and money. AI is modern technology that help for alerting
industries from finance, transport and manufacturing with new items, processes and their
capabilities.
