They have developed an application named ‘Smartchoice’ which is a food and beverage
application tat provide 24*7 delivery, have various payment options cloud- based point of sales
backend system, restaurant management dashboard, sales management, AI based feedback
system. Performance objectives of this system are: provide rich experience to customers,
increase sales by15% and overall profitability can be enhanced.
Proposals to evaluate the cost/value exchange
Cost and value exchange is one of the most important things within business (Tallon,
Mooney and Duddek, 2020). When a customer purchases a product, value of product is delivered
in exchange to customers for its price, it is known as cost/ value exchange. Cost/ value exchange
for Smart PLC can be improved using augmented reality and virtuality reality. Customers who
use online applications prefer purchasing from organizations that provide online shopping or
purchasing facilities. Smart PLC will be providing online purchasing and home delivery facility
to customers where they can place their food and beverages order online through their
application and for cost of product in exchange they will get fast delivery, high quality products,
excellent online purchasing experience. This cost/ value exchange of customers can be enhaced

using AR/ VR. Augmented reality and virtual reality are one of those technologies that helps in

to grow. Main business strategy is to enhance experience of customers while using Smartchoice
application in order to enhance experience of customers, help customers to engage with
organization in order to enhance cost and value exchange of organization.
Proposed application with AR/ VR requirements will directly help in implementing
business strategy successfully and will further help them in gaining attention of their application
users and will further enhance probability of conversion of application user to customers. Like

attending live events within restaurant will directly help in enhancing customer experience an
motivate then to remain loyal to organization. This strategy will help in enhancing profitability
of business which will further contribute positively in enhancing overall economy of country

Explanation of theory used to justify the choices made for your proposed business information
solution and ways in which those theories were applied
There were various kind of theories that were used to make choices within proposed
business information solution. Each of those theories were applied for different purpose and
helped in proposing system that fulfil both business and customers’ requirements. First theory
used was porters five force analysis. This theory helped in analysing competitive environment by
evaluating threats of current competition, new competition, suppliers, substitute products etc. this
theory directly helped in understanding substitute products available in market, features of
substitute products that can impact business of organization (Bruijl, 2018). This analysis helped
in identifying features that were required to be included within new application for gaining
competitive advantage, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This theory further helped
in gaining more clarity of services or augmented reality and virtual reality requirements that are
required to be included within application developed.
In order to support business information solution for development of application for
organization, value chain was also used for identifying specific and critical leveraging points that
can be focused upon by firm while developing information system for gaining competitive
advantage. Adoption of value chain theory directly helped organization in identifying their main
primary and secondary activities that are important to be focused upon adding value to their
developed application and for enhancing overall experience of their users in order to convert
most of the users into customers of organization (Nagy and et.al, 2018). This theory was majorly
used for enhancing cost/ value exchange for both business and customers as it helped in gaining

digitalization and virtual reality implementation has high scope for gaining stronger business
productive goodwill. Retail firm has strong independent food delivery services, for extended
commercial growth expertise paradigms in automation expertise. Report has concluded

management, and based upon challenges and opportunities for adopting to high technical
