The business intelligence is the process which is technology-driven. This is to assess
information and present actionable data. This is to help the executives, managers and various
additional end users to undertake important business decisions.
The Samsung Company is a significant organization at Australia that helps the users to find
broad categories of home electronics consisting of cutting-edge technology. This includes the home
appliances, TVs, Tablets, smartphones.
In this study the analysis of business intelligence at Samsung is understood through the key
priorities. Further, various questions that are to be answered by the dashboards are evaluated. Lastly,
the potential challenges and issues are analyzed here.

Here, the organizational priorities of Samsung are identified.
