huge chain of supermarkets established in Australia and New Zealand. It was founded in the year
1924 and is headquartered in Bella Vista, Australia. It is one of the highly retail trusted brand
that has generating highest revenues for the company in Australia. It is also indulged in the
procurement of food, liquor and the other retail products of the company meeting the needs and
wants of the consumer.
Vision
The vision of the company shows that it has a customer centric approach whereby the
management tries to build convenient and efficient services. It wants to become the first choice
of the target customer groups through offering differentiated food prepositions (Niazi, 2019).
Mission
One of the most significant interest of the company is to create value for its brand and the
customers who are paying for it. It is known for its clear direction, fresh thinking and the
excellent services. Apart from earning profits for the company, its main aim is to boost the
welfare of the various stakeholders.
Objectives
Some long term objectives of the business are enhance the financial growth and stability

expanding and growing the business further to maximize the range of the products and services.
