INTRODUCTION Business management is basically management of the administration of overall organization and mainly relates to analyzing and planning the business operations. The main aim of this ppt is to develop the new business of online car washing and MAIN BODY Business canvas model is basically the model which provides a template for starting the new business and thus describes the various elements which are need to be considered while opening the new business. Most of the people nowadays have become busy in their lives and thus like to travel in their luxury cars even to the small distances. The major problem which the market and people is facing is lack of enough time to go to the car wash showroom for the servicing of their vehicles. In this view, the business of online car wash will prove to be highly effective as now people would not have to travel to the shops for servicing of their car. This online car wash application will allow them to simply book the time whenever they are free and the agent itself will take the car from registered location for servicing. This business will prove to be highly efficient as people can have proper servicing and washing of their car within 24 hours. From the market survey, it has been found most of the people faces a large number of problems in taking their cars to the car wash showrooms for servicing. The main findings of this test upon the people were that they want an online service where they do not have to travel to miles to showroom for pick and drop of their cars. Thus, it has been recognized that in this scenario, bringing the online service of car wash will prove to be highly beneficial. Another assumption which has been tested is that people generally have to wait for around 3 days for their car to return from the service center. Thus, online car wash will provide them the hassle free service within 24 hours. The major and key activities in online car wash business are washing the cars, maintaining safety of the car, exterior cleaning and interior car washing.
The key resources are the distribution channels like car agents the marketing and selling department for establishing customer relation. The major competitors of the online car wsh business are big and small car wash companies, service centers etc. Project 2 The business canvas model has helped me to identify that which business I need to open in order to generate revenue and establish position in the market. The business model has provided me the various dimensions like key competitors, activities, resources etc which are needed for starting the new business as these dimensions mainly provides the idea of the market. Basically the use of this business model has helped in developing the new business idea and helped me to analyze that car wash has become one of the growing business across the world as more than half of the population likes to travel in luxury car which fits their personality. The entire process of business canvas model has enabled me and provided me a great understanding of the various testing assumptions as well as techniques which are being used within development of business idea. For developing the business idea, I conducted the testing which helped me to analyze the findings and recognize that whether the business idea is feasible or not. Besides this, the canvas model has also increased my overall learning ability and helped me to take effective decisions. The thorough study of business canvas model has also proved to be a great momentum in the personal growth. Through this model, I have been able to understand the importance of market research as well as this has helped me in my self-development. As initially I was not aware about this model and its significance, thus this has also enabled me to increase me three most important skills which are effective communication, time management and prioritizations. This model has enabled me to increase my overall communications skills with the customers and other people. Along with this, through the use of this model I have been able to prioritize my task that which activity I need to carry out first and which at last in order to maintain the efficiency of my plan. Due to the improvement in my prioritization skill, my time management skills have been improved. It has allowed me to evaluate that which activity of the business idea will require more time and resources for completion and which I can complete after the launching of my business.
