In order to maintain effectiveness among the teams, the management of the company
needs to incorporate diversity in the teams which will make the employees a part of the
organization. In such scenarios, there should be celebration of the cultural differences which
will be embracing the different cultures of employees. The same can be done through
celebrating the holidays and encouraging the languages spoken by employees (Aguenza &
Som 2018). For instance- Hyatt Hotels has been ranked the second-best US workplace for
diversity as the feelings of respect and positivity has been successful in leading to inclusion
which has been felt by the different employees and it included transparency.
Secondly, application of individual strengths for achieving the overall goals of the
teams can be done effectively as it will be suitable for understanding strengths of individuals
for improving the teamwork skills. Making the different employees feel valued as it is
essential for recognizing that every member provides value to the company in one or other
way (Charas, 2015). For instance- Diversity can be incorporated through beginning with
strategic onboarding process which excellently administered developmental opportunities
which will be contributing to the strong type of culture. Diversity is the main element which
needs to be cherished in the companies as it will be making the employees feel that they are
the main and integral part of the companies and they are involved in the process of decision-
