It also covers personal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities for gaining skills and degree, and threats envisaged in relation to student's attainment of opportunities.

INTRODUCTION
Study of business management plays an integral role in attaining the knowledge to work effectively in the corporate sector. While
studying in this field, one need to follow various types of aspects to keep concentrated in the achieving their goals. Nowadays, it is not limited to
the area of business knowledge but students expect several benefits which they will get during their management studies. This report discusses
about the different attributes of culture and behaviour of students which are needed in studying business management, which includes their
moral obligations and values which are essential to present themselves as responsible individual.

for a degree in business
management
The Cultural expectations are referred
as the various messages and terms that
are adapted by the students regarding
the various culture and behaviours that
are surrounded by the students in
different Universities and schools.
There are a lot of students in their
universities which are from different
cultures and backgrounds (Jena, 2020).
The students should opt various
cultural values and other social values
so that they can interact more with
other people. The students have
different goals and expectations
As I pursued the course of Business
Management, I learnt a lot of skills that
have helped me to enhance my functional
ability so as to perform effectively and
efficiently in the Field of Business
management (Goncharenko, 2020). The
course also helped me to analyse various
aspects of looking towards the skills and
efficiency of various topics and areas which
are required for the field of Business
management. As my objective is to be a

organisation, so as to achieve the main goal

people from various backgrounds and
cultures, so as to improve my effective
communication skills and social values
too I have started communicating more
and also my understanding got better
as I started to improve my learning and
understanding skills, along with that
my listening kills got a boost as I
developed different ways to indulge
with the new people. During the study
of Business management, there were a
lot of different behaviours which are
analysed by me so as to get a better
understanding regarding the various
cultures and diversities. Including this,
I also enhanced a lot of qualities such
as, communicating effectively, being
skills so that I can perform in an excellent
manner. The Business management field has
also allowed me to look after my strengths
and weakness which can further help me to
work on my weaker sections along with the
betterment of my strengths as well.
