Introduction
Employment relationship can be describe as the legal link between employers and employees. It is
crucial that organisation have effective employee relation in order to enhance business practices or
carry out organisation activities in more effective manner. Employment relationship exist when an
individual carry out practices or work under certain condition for the return of remuneration. This
presentation is based on Marks and Spencer company. This is one of the largest British retail
company that was founded in year 1884. Respective organisation was established by Michael
Marks and Thomas Spencer.

Practical and legal challenges in managing
employment relationship
Employee relationships are those that exist between staff who perform in the same organization. To
be engaged and stress-free, every worker should ideally feel at ease with others. Disputes have
never resulted in a resolution; instead, they are a waste of time and contribute to a toxic work
environment. Employees must collaborate as a single unit to develop more inventive plans and
complete things at a much quicker rate.
