INTRODUCTION
The employment relationship is the connection between the employees and the employers.
This engagement is influenced by legal regulations as well as the results of relational partner
agreements over the work relationships terms and conditions. To work well, employees must have

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Employee relation is considered as any workplace partnership between a company
and its employees including physical, mental, contractual, and realistic actions on the
part of the employer to sustain a productive relationship with the employees.
Employee relations create a favourable environment for workers in the name of
encouraging them, motivating and committed to work. Most businesses have a
committed employee affairs coordinator who serves as an adviser, facilitator and
contactor on workplace issues. The function of an employee relations manager is to
foster stronger relationships within management process to ensure specific policies,
cultivating loyalty and commitment, and fostering openness.
