TITLE:
To identify the impact of effective Human resource system on company's performance:
A case study is based on Michael Kors.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Haman resources is one most important aspect of an organisation which builds
effectiveness to attain higher business success easily. Main objectives of this procedure is to
manage all operational and functional activities in appropriate manner that helps to attain
business objectives easily. In this process business firm needs to crate their objectives in
effective manner that can be easy to attain and implement in their business procedure. For this,
HR of organisation requires appropriate knowledge, skill, ability and working approach to
analyse issues and other negative approaches that needs to remove in effective manner.
TASK 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 Research Overview
For a business organisation it is required that they manage their business approaches in
effective manner that helps to provide them effective growth and desired objectives easily. Main
objectives of this process is to manage all activities in proper manner and improving employees
performance by implementing all correct methods and policies. This project report is based on
Michel Kors which is an American luxury fashion company. This organisation was established in
the year of 1981 by Designer and artist Michael Kors (Mackey and Gass, 2015). This company is
known for its branded footwear, watches, handbags and some other accessories. As this is an
well known organisation, they need to manage their business activities such as operational and
functional in effective manner. In this process they need to manage their human resources
activities as effective system approach for example monitoring process, Recruitment, selection,
training and quality enhancement approach as well. For this organisation, it required that their
employees mange all business approaches effectively and attain higher business objectives
easily.

1.2 Significance of research
This research reports is very significant to analyse organisational requirement and fulfil
them in effective manner to attain its objectives and goals easily. In this process human resource
of organisation manage business activities effectively that build values of employees in
workplace. As per this report Michael Kors needs to manage their business activities, so they can
attain all business objective easily. Human resource manger of this organisation will manage all
business activity through monitoring process to analyse employees skill and organisation's
requirement fro experienced candidates who provide effective services to attain business
objectives easily. Human resources system includes Recruitment, selection, training and
development to getting quality growth easily. In this process human resource manager will
analysing employees requirement to conduct recruitment process and hire skill candidate easily.
Main objective of them is to fill specific position through conduct suitable criteria for
recruitment activity (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015). Through this process they can easily
hire skill candidate who have experience for specific position. In retailing sector it is required
that employees build positive relation with customers through effective communication skill. So
for this human resources manager needs to provide them quality training and learning to develop
their inter-personal skill and working ability to build specific relation with customers easily.
Managers of these retailer store needs to set an specific criteria for employees recruitment
procedure because goodwill of an organisation is specifically depend on behaviour and
performance of its employees. Thus, they always work to fill vacant post of an Michael Kors
with suitable and capable candidates. Through this they are easily adopt lots of objectives of firm
at specific times.

Main aim of this research reports is To identify the impact of effective Human resource
system on company's performance: A case study is based on Michael Kors. As per this,
research is include a specific analysis and monitoring process of employees in organisation who
helps to fulfil its objective and future target in exact manner. Aim of this research is based on
