Business and market plan refers to the strategies of the entrepreneur to introduce new business
idea in market along with use various innovative techniques to spread awareness about it to large
number of people across the country in order to meet the desired outcome (Ertekin and Atik,
2020). To define the concept of business and market plan the new company is Studio West
which start new online business in order to offer variety of fashionable vegan leather clothing
which is the innovation of Cactus leather products for sustainability, high quality experience of
the customers. The main target of the company is people who belong to the age group of 18 to 35
specially girls who are fashion freak, daring to try new as well as confident to buy new concepts
to meet their needs. It is the new concept which most of the people did not know about yet.
This project covers SWOT analysis of the company along with SIPOC map for business process
as well as service blue print for product and services.
