The report will discuss the concept of business operation management issues and
identify the cause of problem, implementing a suitable solutions. It will identify the Aldi &
similar stores and how they will offer better customer experience. The documentation will
determine the customer’s sacrifices and analyse the access of shopping experience.
Furthermore, the report will describe the business ethics and challenges of HR.
TASK 1
Operation management is based on the area of management concerned with
controlling, designing the different process of business operations. In another words,
operations management should be considered the different practices that help to create or
develop a high level of efficiency and performance in the business development (Roscoe,
Skipworth & Habib, 2020). During Brexit, the operation management issue can be measured
such as poor engagement in manufacture, supply chain process from one country to another.
Several companies are not authorised to use legal policies in the supply chain business. Thus,
it arise a complicated operational management issue.
Based on the news and publication, it has been identified that complicated process of
EU at the time of Brexit. In 2015, many voters were becoming older and belongs to resident’s
class people in England. They are already afraid of free movement situation of immigrants
and claiming in the process when every citizens face a poor condition such as
unemployment’s. During Brexit, small enterprise are feeling so much frustrated by European
Union fees. This is the main cause of Brexit problem for food & consumers firms. In some
places, it also minimised the shortage of products because of Brexit. On the other hand, the
biggest problem can be identified in Germany related to the shortage of labour. This kind of
situation was developed after Brexit crisis.
In order to focus on the background of Brexit problem and identify the reason behind
because of complicated process. For example- PM has following the specific voters and will
use article 50 withdrawal notification to the European Union. Brexit has been putting a big
strain and build the relations of another UK members. In some places, there is no specific
custom rules and regulations between countries. Therefore, it may be increased the
complicated situation and majorly affecting the food consumers those are import & export
products for other nations.

Individual Reflection
Based on the experience, I have been shared the significant role of human resources
and identify that how they can easily manage or control challenges by HR. Discussion on the
different human resource challenges basis of organisational management process. I have
focused on establishing a collaborative working practices and build a group communication. I
had gained a great experience of HR challenges and needs to be improved in proper manner.
In my personal experience, human resource area is playing an important role in the
organisation to establish a strong coordination with employees and resolve their queries
immediately. I have to work on different skills that help me to resolve all kind of HR related
challenges and increases business growth or development.

Based on the experience, I have been shared the significant role of human resources
