INTRODUCTION
Business organization means those bodies who are engaged in promoting their goods and
services in order to make revenue and increase the likings of their products. These organizations
have goals and objectives which they want to achieve so that they can grow. Some of the
companies work to make profit and some can be engaged in serving societies. Present report will
lay emphasis on NHS and the other company selected is Nissan. It will provide details about
their attributes and service provided by them individually. It will also give details on main
difference between them

the United Kingdom. This organization is been
engaged in providing health care services to
individuals, patients and service users. The
NHS's role in preventing poor health and
promoting healthy living is essential to reduce
health inequalities and sustain the NHS for
future generations. The organization is making
sure that treatment to patients are being
provided without doing any type of
discrimination. The social workers working in
organization makes sure that human rights of
all service users are being protected. National
Health service organization ensures that
protection is also being provided to vulnerable
adults. They are highly engaged in working
towards improvising the quality of life of
people by giving them acute care. Thus, it can
assist them in improvising health outcome of
patients. NHS is also working towards
Nissan is a car manufacture company that is
engaged in auto mobile sector. They produce
various vehicles such as car, buses, trucks, etc.
also, company is operating at global level and
selling their products (Zhu, Zhao and Bush,
2020). However, the main aim of organisation
is to use high and advance technology in order
to produce environmental friendly cars. Its
features are positive culture that promote brand
value of business and enable them to gain
competitive advantage. It also sells car under
brand name of Datsun. It is a public limited
company headquartered in Nishi -Ku
yokohama. Japan. The organisation was
founded by Masurijo and kenjior on 26
December in 1933.
Now, they are top seller in electric motor
vehicle by providing fully electric cars.
However, company announced that in 2021 all
vehicle produced by them will be electric. For

reducing inequalities. Also they have appointed
multi disciplinary team which consists of
health care professionals, nurses, physicians,
dietician who are engaged in providing person
centred and holistic care to individuals.
National Health Service organization also
provides health care professionals and nurses
with adequate resources so that they can
analyse and meet out the needs and demands of
service users. The health care professionals in
this organization are also making use of
effective communication so that they can
provide support to patients. They are also
engaged in doing collaborative working with
their families (Guest and et.al., 2017). NHS
appoints health care professionals with
appropriate knowledge and skills so that acute
services can be provided. They are also
engaged in providing them training so that
better care can be given to service users who
are going through severe diseases.
Organization is also involved in developing the
staff and mangers so that they can enhance
their mental, physical and emotional well-
being (Maynard and Williams, 2018). They
make sure to make their staff members
motivated so that productivity and operational
efficiency can be achieved. This will support
them in achieving goals and objectives. They
are also making sure that future generation do
not face any health related problem by
this they use technology and do research and
development (Kavitha and Anzer, 2020).
Another feature of firm is luxury and
commercial vehicles with new design and
equipment. Furthermore, after sales services
are also offered by them to customers. It
includes services like repairing, vehicle
service, etc. which led to gain trust of people.
They are having a particular organisation
structure and different departments such as
HR, marketing, R&D, sales, finance, etc. Each
of them is assigned various goals. Thus, they
all work together to achieve common business
objectives. However, various strategies and
plans are developed by management in order to
achieve goals and objectives. The firm also
contribute in CSR activities and protecting
environment which allow in enhancing the
lives of people (Gibbons, 2020). Alongside,
many CSR initiatives are taken in which they
work with government and NGO’s. Moreover,
employee engagement programs are organised
and initiated by Nissan to motivate and provide
benefits to them. The company ensures that its
brand image is maintained in market and
customer needs are fulfilled. They ensure
employee as well as customer safety by
following several rules and regulation. In
production unit proper health and safety
measures are taken. Similarly, in vehicles as
well its quality is checked which ensure its

engaged in improving people health and well
being by reducing inequality and providing
individuals with acute care.

fund to NHS. Nissan is an auto maker that manufacture cars in various countries. They fulfil
needs of many people in different market.
