Moving along the effectiveness of sourcing is examined in context with Authors, Purpose, reliability and relevance. Also, a personal and professional development plan is constructed as well. TASK 1 Define the concept of personal and professional development. Personalandprofessionaldevelopmentisanongoingprocessthroughwhich organisations and individuals meet with the difficulties and engage in processes and activities to make changes and learn better for meeting with desired goals and reducing the challenges being faced.Thepersonalandprofessionaldevelopmentenabletheindividualaswellasthe organisation to move further and leads their direction towards success(Brundiers and Wiek, 2017). The long term skills development and management in context of personal and professional development is reflected to increasing value for future goals by inducing skills sets, capabilities and performance strength of business or an individual(Katz and et. al., 2020). The long term goals are developed with futuristic approach and some of the personal examples are as follows: Developing leadership skills Developing management skills Problem solving skills TASK 2 Describe and discuss how ‘Author, Purpose, Reliability and Relevance’ affect the use of a source. The sources used for referring the work and judgements made by using others work and ideas needs to be relevant and reliable as well as requires to be from expert professional in order to give evident responses for the purpose it is being used(Yielder and Moir, 2016). In simpler words, the references and sources used are necessary to be from a reliable author, matching with the purpose of the conclusions and judgements made and needs to be relevant to the users expectations.
