Introduction
In organization, a business plan work as roadmap for the company in which it describe

details (Alani, 2022). The company selected in thus report is Astra Plc. This report will be based
on the project plan that will include project scope such as launch cost, app customization and so
on, project risk including risk that could impact the launch of app and project success.
Project plan
In business plan, Astra Plc is going to launch a fitness app that name is Health better
together. They will launch this app after three month. The company has designed this fitness app
with the purpose to spread awareness among people to remain healthy and fit. Gant chart is
series of the horizontal lines that shows amount of the work done and production completed
within a certain time period in relation to amount planned for those periods (Kirk, Luxton-Reilly
and Tempero, 2022). In the project plan of the Health better together, Gantt charts is very useful
as it help in its planning and scheduling the project in effective way. It will be helpful for the
Astra Plc, company in assessing that how long its project should take, determine the required
resources and plan the order in which company will complete their task.
Project scope for the app
In the business plan of Astra Plc, this company is going to launch a new app that is
“Health better together’. They have made this game with the aim to make ware people for their
health and fitness. For this fitness app with an average features, its basic estimates will be around
$10000 to $15000 for single platform. This app will be promoted on social media through
different platforms such as You Tube, Face book, Twitter as nowadays people are more engaged
with the social media. This app is customized through various software applications for its users
in order to fulfill the specific individual’s needs. To test this app, firstly Astra Plc Company will
identify number of tester and then install this app in their personal phones. They will develop
manual test case scenarios from end user perspectives. After this their will perform the functional

test and validate of everything work as per the requirements (Rawat Gupta and Rao, 2022). The
company will launch their Health better together fitness app after three month as before that time
respective firm will ensure the fulfillment of the essential requirements a and then it will launch
the app in market.
Project risk for the chosen fitness app
When a company launch tehri app in the market, then there are various risk which are
associated with the app’s launching (Tiffany and Peterson, 2022). In context of the Astra Plce,
these risk are mentioned below:
 Cost overruns- It is an unexpected risk in the project budgest that end up the enhancing
the total prject cost. If Astra Plc, company ahs made a worng estimation then they will
get fail to account for the hidden cost die tp which the risk of cost overrun may be arise.
There are some other reasoen also for the cost overrusn that include, non perfoemcne of
the subcontartcors, fluctuation of rates, financing and oayment, conflict between project
aprteis nad many more.
 Design and compatibility issues- This issues is related to a specific testing of the
software application and tehri suitability with the apps. In Relation to Astra Plc, its app
may have different operating system, software and hardware requirements and this
application must meet all these requirements in order to pass the testing pasha.
 Competitive risk- In this technological world, the comeption is becoming very tough
(Ma and Rong, 2022). In context of the Astra Plc, it has to face the risk of competition as
mostly organstaion are launching many health and fitness app that can create a stiff
competition for the Health better together fitness app. So the respective company needs to
bring some innovation in their app to face the competition.
