organization, Pioneer Marketing. Pioneer Marketing is mainly associated with offering
quality service in the field of marketing and advertising to its targeted clients. The business
organization aims to offer effective and result oriented marketing plans and advice on the
adverting tips to the targeted clients. It offers strategic and tactical planning for the newly
start-up business organizations as well as the existing organizations planning to grow and
expands their business operations and offerings. The report provides an overview of the
business organization stating the details of the business and the major functions of the
business organization. It determines and identifies the value proposition of the business
organization. It conducts the competitor analysis, identifying the direct and the indirect
competitors of the consultancy firm. Further, it analyzes the target clients and the customer
segments in the market. It conducts hypothesis and determines the business objectives and the
strategies of the organization.

services. It is believed that a marketing plan helps the business organization to gain market

will be helping other business organization to excel in their marketing. It will be offering
wide range of services to its potential clients including executable marketing plan, identify
the areas of opportunities and threats for the business organization, market segmentation,
analysing the product line of the client’s business organization and design a project
implementation plan. The purpose of this business plan is to determine the purpose and
objective of the selected service organization Pioneer Marketing. It discussed the business
details and the value proposition of the new venture. The report determines the competitor
analysis, customer segments and targets.

Pioneer Marketing is a marketing consultant service; it will be offering its clients strategic
planning for the business organization as well as other tactical planning. The process

organization for the purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of their marketing and increase
their market value. The company will be a highly result-driven marketing consulting firm.
Pioneer Marketing will be offering wide range of services for its clients, analyzing, selecting
and implementing the best suited marketing plans as per the requirement of the clients. The
business organization will be combining the tools and the techniques of marketing and
advertising to create a meaningful and effective marketing for the best and optimal results.

The primary mission and vision of the Pioneer Marketing Company is t o work closely
with the business clients and to offer them the best quality service in marketing and
advertising to help them to succeed in the setting and achieving the goals and objectives of
their marketing and advertising. Marketing and advertising is considered to be the crucial
aspect of every business organization, it plays an important role in the success of the business
organization (Edison 2015). The Pioneer Marketing Company aims to help their clients to

marketing. The total start up expense of the company will be approximately around $ 650.
