INTRODUCTION
Marketing plan is an example of business plan that deals with opening of business in the
competitive market and force the business to perform research of the market to settle business
easily. It also helps to earn maximum profit and business growth. This project will consider
Indian tadka vegetarian restaurant as new business unit. Its main aim is to capture the large area
of market by attracting large number of customers who are are interested to try Indian food. For
that deep analysis of various external factors will be analyses that can affect the business
negatively and positively and also make impact on profitability. To identify cost and to do
market research a good plan of marketing is prepare for the restaurant Indian Tadka.
Competitive advantage will also analyse as it support business to identify target audience with
long survival (Aronoff, 2016)
Overview of Restaurant “ INDIAN TADKA ”
Indian Tadka is the Indian restaurant that is specialized in vegetarian Indian food. The
main objective of it is to provide delicious food to their consumers and aid them with joy of
ultimate spices in there meal. It's main focus is on serving high quality food in affordable prices
so it is possible for every one to purchase food from their restaurant. It also create innovative
idea of giving home delivery services to their customers. They design their interior beautifully so
it attract large number of audience to wards their restaurant. Most of the chefs are Indians and
they have experience of preparing delicious as well as price worthy food. Towards natural
environment it has fulfilled their responsibility as they not use plastic in the working place and to
package food in home delivery(Buppert, 2020)
Mission: The Indian Tadka has a mission “ to make the sense of spices in audience mind
so that they can see the spices and can feel their there smell that can change the life towards
healthy environment.
Aim: The main aim of the restaurant is to serve the good food quality and providing
excellent services so that it give satisfaction to customers and attract large audience through
mouth publicity (Ghauri, 2020)
Objectives: Indian Tadka objectives are stated in the below mention paragraphs.
To capture 40% market share from different location of market in which they are
presently operating.
