The name selected for the opposed business idea of opening a coffee shop in Bahrain is
“Encore Coffee Roaster”.
1.2. Proponents
The new coffee shop will offer necessary proponents such as coffee beverages made of
exceptional quality gourmet coffee along with great service. Moreover the new coffee shop
business is intended to offer unique value to its consumers through offering best prepared coffee
in the region (Burns and Dewhurst 2016). Along with offering unique coffee flavor variants
certain complementary pastries, cookies and free reading books will also be provided to visitors
so that they enjoy a relaxing café experience.

The location of “Encore Coffee Roaster” company will be positioned in the Manama area
of Bahrain for the reason that the region is observed to have maximum tourist visits from all over
the world. Selecting this location is deemed to be profitable for the coffee shop as it can attract a
