3. WORK SITUATION
Title
This is the formation or plan of pre-startup ideas; it helps to give exposure to the new
idea. Present startup plan would be a Latin Food restaurant with some innovative features such as
Latin Food restaurant placed their restaurant car everywhere as per the demand of customers.
Being a driver in school would help me to locate different places or location for selling food
services to clients. This startup plan is different from other, fresh featuring ideas would give new
different form of services to their clients. Where customer does not need to go far for Latin
matter. This would help in the business growth that affect the profitability ratio on business. This
is the brief idea of new startup plan.
Work year experience
As per the current situation is that business startup plan take action towards the
implementation process. Besides, present work of mine is a school bus driver who planning to
establish new startup plan. I have been working as a school bus driver from last three years. That
helps me to make my best career plan and objective level of performance. From past three years
of experience, I learned so much different skills as given below:
 Good behavioral person who maintained long term relationship with clients.
 Skill to identify the customer needs and taste towards the specific dishes.
 This required the understanding level between food market or latest list of Latin recipes.

From past three years I have recognized each place or area of U.S. That help me in my
future startup plans My driver experience would help me to take license of Latin Food Car
Restaurant easily. That helps me to take my best plan forever. Apart from that, it also helps to
make the good impact on the behavior of making target market performance material goals.
Overall, learning helps me to plan different location where I sell my services to needed
customers. It also assists me to locate the buyers as per their locations. I also analyzed that to
ensure about the customer security safety needs by giving good ingredient food and maintained
full hygiene.

Present situation or work help me to enhance my confidence level or also helps me to
invest funds in my next business idea. Apart from that, my working experience also helps me to
make good business plan that affect the best opportunity and goals. That affect the major goal
objective leading goals. Another benefit of mine is also helps me to identify the Latin Food Car
Restaurant will target all types of customers who loved the Latin food items such as Areas,
