In order to complete this particular assignment, a restaurant has been taken into account in order
to work upon it. The main aim of adopting the restaurant business is to provide the exotic and
unique taste of food of different continent which is difficult to taste In UK. Hence by the
mentioned business plan a wide range of different food item with unique flavours will be deliver
to the customer of UK. One of the major advantage of performing the business in the mentioned
field is because I have the experience of 2 years in the food industry as well as worked on this
business idea for around 5 year which gives an extra edge to establish the mentioned business
more efficiently.

What is the main point made in this resource?
The project management is the process in which an individual use the specific knowledge, tools
and techniques as well as skills in order to deliver the effective operation functions in the
operational market.
Personal Reflection:
What did we do?
In order to handle the derived project more efficiently I performed various tasks to ensure that
the derived plan will meet the goal. By the use of digital tool various information regard to the
customer demand and needs were evaluated.
What did I learn?
Restaurant managers are the one of manages all the operational activity of restaurants. Through
