What is the main point made in this resource?
The main point highlight in the above resource reflected the definition of project
management and the key areas that highlights in the project. It also determine the cycle of
project management phase that helps a manager to complete a project and meet the defined
aim. In this, different key points under each phase also determine that reflect about areas
that need to be managed in order to deliver the project.
Personal Reflection:
What did we do?
In the present project, a new business plan will be launched in which vegetarian food to the
major areas of London city will be supplied. This in turn assist to meet the demand of the
customers and as a result, it will gain attention of many customers as well. Further, it will
help me to learn different skills so that I will apply the same in near future in order to attain

the goal.
What did I learn?
Through the project, I am able to gain a deep understanding pertaining to project
management s that the project will be completed accordingly. This in turn helps to meet the
goal by applying project management phases and this causes effective outcome towards a
business. Moreover, I also learn that working in a team will be more beneficial for the
project because they all share their work and experience in order to meet the defined aim.
Therefore, the current project assists me to improve the skills and create a better outcome
in a future as well.
How can I apply this to my project?
The learning of working together assist me to implement Meals on Wheels effectively
because when I face any issue then they all work together to meet the defined aim and the
chances of issue will be decreases. Moreover, ICT skills also assist me to present project
management in Microsoft project so that project manager can track the performance
effectively. This in turn causes positive impact over the project and the aim can be met
accordingly.
