Problem identification
The immediate problem in the business is the improper inventory management of the
company. No dedicated staff is present in the organization for monitoring the inventory level
of the organization and it leads to the lack of proper information about the stock of the
company and the customers are not being provided with the products that are required
immediately. When any customer has placed the order of the watches, and the product is not
present in the organization then it is needed that the company first creates a purchase order
for the products and gains the product. The customer is made to wait for significant time and
till the company has the product in their possession, they are not able to deliver the products
to the customers. The leads to significant customer dissatisfaction and revenue of the
company is also decreased.

Business process architecture
Business process architecture could be described as overview of the set of business
processes that effectively reveals the inter-relations that might be extended with the
guidelines for determining the several relations among the business processes (Sabri, Odeh
and Saad 2019). The implementation of proper process architecture offers the required
guidance for actual modelling of all the included business processes in the company
(Tbaishat 2017). The business process architecture not solely describes all the functional
decomposition of any enterprise value chain, but offers significant value streams displaying
the chains of the cross functional end-to-end business processes within operation of strategies
of the enterprise (Gonzalez-Lopez and Bustos 2019). It has been considered that the business
process architecture is significantly critical in all the works business process modelling

whether it is the process automation or the process documentation (Ahmad, Odeh and Green
2018). The business process architecture mainly displays the collection of all the associated
activities of the business within any particular business functions (Dijkman, Vanderfeesten
and Reijers 2016). The groupings as well as the categorizations mainly depends on
framework of the business process that is adopted for the creation of the business process
architecture (Babar et al. 2019). Business process architecture would be specifically
beneficial for the Ben’s Omnicrons Pty Ltd as it would help the company to determine all
the business processes that are facing significant issues in the modern times and make
informed decisions on the proper mitigation plans for the issues. The complete business
process of the company would be efficiently determined using the business process
architecture and the working of the various departments of the business would be efficiently
determined.
To-Be process
The solution for the urgent problem in the company is the introduction of ERP system
that would help in streamlining of the various functions of the business. Specifically the
module, inventory management would help the company is managing the inventory at the
optimum level for ensuring that the products are constantly delivered to the customers who
have placed orders. It would eliminate the issue of checking the inventory of the company
constantly.

to all the business operations that includes the client data, sales data, and production statistics.
