BUSSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Introduction
The use of business process management is very important for any type of
organization and the process helps the organizations in the improvement of their overall
business performances. In addition to this, it also reduces the overall response time for the
system and as a result the customer satisfaction increases and the business efficiency is
upgraded as an inference to this. The report is used for the reference to one such case where
the current process of the organization has been described and the innovations in the
procedures of the organization have also been described. The case of Non-Obvious
Relationship Awareness has been made the centre of the discussion in the report.
The report consists of a short description of the organization and the process which
are currently followed in the organization. In addition to this some assumptions have also
been made for the system and the description of the To-Be model and the As-Is process has
been done using the illustrations and the cost analysis for the procedures.
Background
It is to be noted that data mining is a very important part in the digital world in the
present situation. The process provides a reference to the establishment of the new
information created after the thorough analysis of the large database. The software mainly
performs the task of examination of the database in any type of language which has been
created. In addition to this, it is also known that anonymized data is used for the similar type
of function and explore the data which has been used for the purpose of encryption.
The data mining technologies are becoming very important for the notational security
officials with the increase in time. It is very important in order to fight the security problems
regarding to terrorism. The software is also used by the CIA and the FBI for the identification

of the high risk individuals and also the identification of the possible threats in the systems
the nations or towards the exclusive data stored by different nations.
Assumptions
For the system various type of assumptions have been made. The assumptions involve
the development of then AS-IS process and the To-Be process model on the basis of the
information provide. In addition to this, the cost for the development of the system and the
procedures that takes place within the system are assumed and it the cost for the To-Be
process are also assumed and a costs analysis has been performed for the development of the
system in the future for the organization and also the implication of the functions for the
system are to be assumed. It has been assumed that the data mining process would be helpful
for the development of the functionality of the procedures in the system.
AS-IS process
The AS-IS model for the procedures of the software is provided below:
In the present model the data provider is the main actor and he is the one who
provides the data that is to be mined. The provider provides the data which contains very
useful information in the process and these data is used when someone is purchasing
something. In addition to this there is the data collector who would be obtaining the data from
the miner. The data collector collects the data for supporting the data mining activities. The
mining technology is being used by the data miner and the miner makes use of the knowledge

final actor in the system and makes all the critical decisions which are to be based on the data
mining and the decision-maker can be regarded as the most important actor in the As-IS
process. The process of the data mining is basically based on the principle of scientific
management and the hence the hence it involves various procedures that would be increasing
the efficiencies of the organizations.
TO-BE process
The To-be process would be automating the procedures of the software so to make the
procedure efficient for the organization to detect the terrorist activities and react efficiently to
it.
Cost Analysis

Conclusion
For conclusion, it can be said that the To-be model would make the procedures of the
organization more efficient and can also make the procedure of the organization safer. This
also results in the easy detection of the terrorist activities and increase the security of the
nations. Hence the report has been used for the description of the process automation for the
use of the software.
