INTRODUCTION
Business processes can be explained as set of interrelate and inked tasks that lead to the
delivery of services or products to customers (Kerzner, 2017). It is mainly defined as the set of
activities that and processes which are performed by the business organization to complete their
business goals. This report is about Bentley Motors Limited which is an automotive sector
company. Bentley Motors Limited is considered as manufacturer and marketer of luxurious
SUV’ and Cars. It is a subsidiary of Volkswagen group. Bentley Motors Limited was established
in year 1919 by H. M. Bentley and W. O. Bentley. Headquarter of the organization is in Crewe,
England, United Kingdom. This report will be providing brief of various approaches that can be
used by organization for quality management in organization. The approaches of quality
management that are used by the other organization also will be considered in organization in
operations will be provided in report. The approaches that can be used by other organization also
will be discussed in report. Various measurement approaches that can be used by organization
will be discussed in report. Principles and examples of effective project management will be
provided in report. Various elements and definitions of project success will be discussed in
report. Various techniques that can be used by organization has been evaluated in report and to
make proper improvement in the organization. Process of applying multiple techniques in
organization operations will be discussed in the report.
1. Quality Management Approaches that can be used by Bentley Motors Limited
There are different approaches are used by the organization to improve the quality of
products, services and organizational processes to get better response from market place. The
quality management approaches are considered as act of managing all the activities and tasks to
maintain the desired level of Excellency. This can be considered as determination of quality
policy in organization to maintain higher efficiency in business organization. This is consists of
various activities that can help the business organization to maintain effective practices in
organization to get better response from market place. For example quality planning, creations of
quality control policy and implementation of the quality control policy in order to maintain
quality standards of organization in effective way. There are different quality management
approaches are used by the business organization to generate higher revenue from market place
by offering better products and services to the customer with better and effective quality to meet

their needs and requirements. Major quality management approaches that are used by the
organization are focused on the operational processes of organization that are used by the
business organization to maintain production of better quality products and services. Some of
common quality management approaches that are used by the business organizations are- Just in
Time Approach, Quality Circles Approach, Statistical Process Control, Process Architecting,
Process Improvement, Process Deployment Automation, Democratic Scientific Management,
robust design and Total Preventive Maintenance. These are most common quality management
approaches that can be used by the business and manufacturing sector design in order to gain
higher productivity in market place. There are different approaches are used by Bentley Motors
Limited to maintain quality standards in internal operational process to gain higher productivity
(Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Main quality management approaches which are used by
Bentley Motors Limited are total quality management, Just in time and process Architecting
approach. These approaches are considered as one of the best approaches that can be used by the
organization to improve the quality of their products and services in effective manner.
Total Quality Management
This is one of the most common quality management approach which is used by
manufacturing Sector Company to maintain and ensure the quality standards of organization in
production of goods and services (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). There are different elements
of Total Quality Management Which are Used by The business organization are- Customer
Focused, Total Employee involvement, Process centred Production, Integrated System, strategic
and systematic approach, continual improvement, Fact-based Decision Making and
Communication.
Customer Focused- All the operations that are implemented in the organization are customer
focused and based on the customer requirements. Employees of the organization are trained and
developed for the business operations that are depended on the needs and requirement of
customers. This can help the organization to meet needs of customers.
Total Employee Involvement- Employees of the organization are involved in the business
processes to get maximum inputs from the customer side in order to improve the operations of
