There are different activities and task that are included in effective management of
business project as well as programme management. It is crucial for organisation to manage
different task that is related to project and programme management of business as this will

successful completion of the project. It is important for business to determine different

on SB technology company which is providing its products and services in different part of
the world. Headquarter of this company is located in Washington State, USA. SB is a global
technology company that s develop range of hardware components in order to sell its
customers and clients. This will includes programme management of this company in order to
analyse different strategic transformation programme. In this different scope and deliverable
are determined for analysing product development as well as several estimating and
scheduling issues are also analysed. In this report several risk and issues related to
management of evaluated. Apart from this different recommendation are provided that will

respective company. It is essential for SB organisation to offer high quality of products to its

2020). Respective organisation is not able to develop products as per the requirements of
customer and this is one of the crucial issue that affect goodwill of company and have impact
on productivity and performance.
Increase in job lose – This is the problem that is faced by company due to acquisition with
WN. There are various drawbacks of acquisition that company have to deal with and loss of
jobs is one of those issues. Due to acquisition of respective company with other organisation
it will lead to affect the job role of employees and this lead to lose of job of SB employees.
Increase in job lose will affect the organisational relationship with its employees.
Management issue - This issues is related to management of SB business operations in
correct and effective manner. Management issues lead to have direct impact on sales and
performance of the company. It is very important for respective company to manage this
issues as it affect the profitability of SB organisation. Due to lack of management SB
organisation is not able to manage its manufacturing process in correct manner and this
increase the cost of business. Lack of management in business or poor management activities
negative affect the business and its growth rates.
All of these are major issues that is affecting the performance and productivity of
business. It is crucial for SB company to identify and analyse different solutions that will help
in resolving business problems. There are different recommendation that will support
respective organisation to deal with these issues and well as enhance business activities.
It is essential for respective organisation to hire highly skills employees who have
