INTRODUCTION
Business project as well as programme management refers to a broad area of study and
practices that is required by business houses for formulating appropriate plan and execute that
make a project more successful. This also help organisation for scheduling all programme within
a particular time frame. Actions and activities that are planned by organisation for formulating
and implementing business project and programme management are highly authoritative (Smyth

technology industry. It is situated in Washington, US and currently focused towards planning
and implementing strategic business transformation. Further, for supporting all discussion this

stakeholders and governance and many more essential aspect to execute all projects in noticeable

OVERVIEW
SB is a technology organisation which is operating there business at global level by
manufacturing products at low cost in order to obtain high market share. The organisation also
operates manufacturing and outsourcing unit in the Far East. Along with this product
development centre is also managed in Western Europe that works as a supporting centre for
enhancing Engineering excellence of organisation. Along with this organisation currently
consider to implement new apparition or vision among all department that leads business firm for
expanding and diversifying its business by terms of increasing variety of products and there
portfolio (Smith and Dodds, 2017). It is also increasing market presence of products which
increases market share and profits for company. Hence, to accomplish them properly key in
projects that undertakes acquisition of WN, in house manufacture and new development project
for establish of Innovative software development centre.

CASE STUDY
The main function of organisation is to formulate effective plans that aids business to
complete plan for a completing the process of transformation. With this strategy of business
management consider all those issue which executes all work as per effectiveness of programme.
Therefore, there are various key aspects that are essential for understanding process that lights
effective results for generating all plans in an organised manner and issue which is related with
projects are consider by organisation effectively.
Outsized issue
Layout issue- The first issue that is faced by management relates with organisation after

location. It is because one key objective for organisation is to enhance operational

company so it is essential for respective organisation to work as per political factors of

enjoy regulates various clarification. Along with this it is analysed that Brexit impacts on
the work function with clear and potential impacts because of which investor are not
ready to invest amount in European market.
Slight issue
Workforce issue- Quality plays an important role for organisation that consider better
results to shift all work as per manufacturing cost. This is related with Far East and USA due
to which large number of individuals are not motivated to shift towards other places which
reduces number of job in US (Rijke and et. al., 2014). Further, productivity of organisation
is also reduced because of less skilled employees.
Brand value- In the present scenario, goodwill and brand value of organisation plays an
important role which leads company to increase their profits. Strategic transformation
