EXECUTIVE SUMMARYIn Modernisation Programme of Remploy project, there have two Project ManagementFrameworks (PMF) that has helped in attain project deliverables. These have Critical Chain ProjectManagement (CCPM) and Lean approach. •CCP has assisted the project manager of ModernisationProgramme of Remploy project to minimize the overall duration of plan by scheduling of activities.While Lean approach has assisted Remploy organization to hire huge number of disable employeesin mainstream operations in various factories with the aim of minimizing costing issues. CCPM hasneeded high level of commitment from project management side and it has not always possible thatteam members can understand the working of following framework in equal manner. But Lean PMFhas unable Remploy to induce to everyone to accept the new changes because of ModernisationProgramme of Remploy project.2
