Brief Description of the case study
The business process management is an established way that allows the industry
leaders and managers of the organization to use it in their organization and get enhanced
output. Using the BPM, it is easier to reduce the pressure level as well as the cost of doing
business. There are many techniques that can be used by the managers to carry out the
analysis, such as Swimlanes, BPMN, YAWL (Bucher & Winter, 2009). To execute the
business processes, the BPM introduced evidence-based analysis. Therefore, it is up to the
managers of the organization to utilize the most suitable business process management. The
overall execution of the business process management requires cooperation from the multiple
departments of the company as per my opinion. Further, I would say, to implement the BPM,
the managers should make sure that there is the availability of labor and funds in the
company.
Review and Analysis
 Cost reduction and smooth delivery of work are possible by initiating the business
process management. As per my view, there are many tasks in the organization that
takes lots of time as well as funds. From that point of view, I suggest the managers of
the company should make use of the management process strategically in order to
obtain the best output.
 I think that better productivity can be achieved by using the business process, proper
the training and resources ensure the same. All the stakeholders such as management
body, supplier, and employees should come together to successfully implement the
BMP in the organization (Segatto, Inês Dallavalle de Pádua & Pinheiro Martinelli,
2013).
